Data Analyst

Summary
The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for planning and executing projects to support Spend Radar’s database solutions and products. This includes assessing and implementing customer requirements for each project, executing SQL scripts and other software to transform customer data and working with a team for successful project delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Design and implement standard operating procedures for data processing activities.
- Design, write and execute SQL scripts and queries to perform extraction, translation and loading of client data.
- Develop requirement definitions for client projects and developing module upgrades for existing software tools.
- Interface with the Project Delivery team, to ensure client requirements are met on time and with a high degree of accuracy; works directly with customers.
- Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data.
- Troubleshoot data issues and escalate to senior level managers.
- Define and implement root cause analysis.
- Generate and review reports for every project.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
